As part of the AI4EO Symposium, two social events will be organized on Thursday, September 11. After a rich scientific day at the convention center, we invite you to explore Rennes history and exceptional cuisine by joining a guided city tour and a cocktail reception at La Closerie restaurant.

Cocktail Reception

Ideally located in the heart of Rennes’ historic center, on Place des Lices, La Closerie has chosen to adopt the codes and values of the “Molan”, an elegant 16th-century townhouse: style and character, to develop timeless bistronomic creativity.
La Closerie stands out among France’s restaurants for the creativity of its chef and the refined choice of local, seasonal produce.

The doors at La Closerie will open for us on Thursday evening, at 19:00.

Guided City Tour

On Thursday afternoon, before the Gala Dinner, we invite you to join a guided city tour. Sharpen your Human Intelligence for EO skills before this spiced up 1-hour tour through Rennes’ historic Old Town.

The tour will start at 18:00 in front of the Tourist Office, with a departure organized at 17:15 directly from the conference center. The tour will end in front of La Closerie where the cocktail reception will take place.
